polished porcelain in bath/shower room (wet environment)
3 Answers
I have after a lot of research ordered my bathroom tiles which are a glazed porcelain(floor to ceiling) which I got a good deal on, but I could have sworn I saw a polished porcelain in there as i loved it and was stroking it, AND it was cheaper too. I have done all my research on polish porcelain as it needs sealing twice on application and then once every 5-8 years due to wear, but I have never thought of putting polished porcelain in the bathroom just glazed, they look sweet but I don't no if a porous material which needs sealing is best for a wet environment. I might ring the tile place first thing but as they have sold me a more expensive tile I don't think they will be keen me changing lol
p.s I know it will be slippy but I don't mind that
Any thoughts? Thanks
