I moved the bed round yesterday and to my horror there is a very large stain that looks greasy on the wall. This was where the pillows were positioned as we don't have a headboard. My question is, what can I do to get rid of or treat the wall before I emulsion it?

Many thanks

Stainblocker, Ruth ............... or, easier........... white OIL-based undercoat.
Sugar soap should do the job. Available from the Poundshop.
