wet room damp problem

we have a bit of black damp on the rubberised flooring,and on the doors.have tried various ways to move it including steam,but it wont come off.any one had this problem?how did you get it off.?

Sounds like mould which is probably due to a lack of ventilation

Do you have an extractor fan tt? Essential where water vapour is around.
