Are resin driveways a good idea ?
The driveway to my house (built in 1930 ) is composed of concrete that over the years has been patched up and has now got cracks and has broken up in places. I have seen an advertisement for resin dive ways that can be applied over the concrete. Has anyone had one of these drives treated this way and what are your opinions please ? I have seen reviews on commercial websites but an unbiased opinion would be much appreciated. I have yet to get a quote so I don't know what kind of price it might be;if it's out of my

I have three reservations about these 'systems'. One is that they seem to rely on the concrete substrate being completely level and stable. By nature of the fact that you're looking for a new drive, this is likely not to be the case. Secondly they seem to be franchised out to people who try a hard sell on you. Thirdly they are intended to sit on top of the existing and so may lead to the driveway surface breaching the damp proof course of the house.
