Rubber Heels For Sandals

I purchased a pair of sandals in Spain and found on first wearing it was like being on ice skates had to remove them and proceed bare footed! Took them to shoe repairers for rubber soles and heels .told nothing could be done with them as the soles are "polycarbonate".any one know an adhesive that might stick some anti slip soles on these sandals ? Thanks in advance
