This is very popular In America but I cannot find it in the UK, does anybody know of a source please?

I'm sure I have seen this in the past to attach to a power sander, but I don't think it is common. Can only suggest you try all your local DIY sheds in case they still sell them. IMO just more expense, paying for adhesive and getting tied into that form.
