I have a wooden construction as part of a small animal business. Several pieces of tannalised wood(altho' that's not too important) have become worn/scratched. I have an idea what plasterers do to get a 'corner' back to 90' angle.....advice please on restoring a CONVEX corner back to some sort of 'normality'. I 'get' the "buy some wood filler" bit....but the sharp angle?....Many thanks in advance.

It's difficult to understand the scale of this, but re-forming the corner only with wood filler wouldn't hold. You could knock in a few appropriately sized round headed nails using them as a support for the filler which you may have to apply in several layers, over filling and then sanding or surforming it to the sharp corner you want.

If its likely to get chewed at by your animals use wooden dowels instead of nails.

If you animals are going to chew the wood, I am not sure how safe tannalised wood is.....

The angle, as you call it, is simply the extension of the two surfaces, meeting at 90 degrees. so if you 'overfill' so the filler stands proud of the corner you want, as I said above, you use something like a surform tool flat against each face to file down and create the corner.
If you haven't got a surform tool, glue some coarse sandpaper to a piece of straight wood and use that.
We have no idea of what size this job is though, unfortunately
