Hi good AB'ers , Garage Corrugated roof with occasional drip leak somewhere. Bitumen Primer + Bitumen OR Bitumen Primer + Acrylic Waterproof Roof Coating - after cleaning ? which is the best combination to use, to coat, after cleaning , to coat the entire roof to repair and seal ? And to hopefully ' future proof ' please. Thanks good AB'ers GL

^ yes, what you do depends on the material the roof is made of, which you didn't think to mention.

You can try Cromapol? It may work with just some cleaning of the existing roof, rather than something more drastic.

"Cromapol is a fibre reinforced liquid acrylic resin dispersed in solvent designed to prevent the ingress of water. Due to the high level of fibres in Cromapol the coating will bridge small gaps and require only a one-coat application to give instant waterproofing."
