I might sound a little cazy but I experienced something weird. I have odd feelings towards someone I have never met or talked to. He's popular and I just know what he looks like and I know a few things about him. We have a lot in common. He's like the male version of myself. Even my brother and sister say that we look alike and that he reminds them of me. But the weird thing is that I had a dream a while ago. I was in someone elses body and brain. I looked through their eyes and I saw his friends and I heard what they were talking about. At the time I was asleep he was in another time zone and he was awake. I remember waking up and feeling nauseated and I felt like vomiting. After that I saw a video the next day about him and his friends and they were at the exact place and surroundings that I saw in my dream. Was that a connection? Did I switch bodys with that person? And there's more. He's in the same time zone as me right now and since I know that I always feel nervous without reason and nausea. Can someone explain that? Has someone else experienced that before?
I think the notion of twin flames / soulmates etc is a bit twee but you can have a very strong link with another person, I did immediately with my husband and he did with me from the first time we met, but as to if it's astral travel or some kind of telepathy, I really don't know. Get to know him and see how you feel about him , and of course he about you. Just see how it goes.
The reality of you swapping places with him is very low. It's more likely you astral projected into his environment. Also quite rare, some would deny the possibility of it happening, but it's certainly possible.
