Recently I noticed a few things missing. They include a pair of gloves, some screwdrivers, and chisels.
I don't want to confront her. Would it be best to say I can't afford to employ her anymore?

Work out a little job that needs some or all of these items, that you could do this weekend if you had them.

Then next time you see her, say you came to do this job and you couldn't find the items, and ask if she's put them somewhere.

I cant think of any leddy half-inching a chisel unless she thought it was a - - - I dont know what ...

( er OK sa. he thought it was an instrument suitable for a secret abortion in her 14 y grand daughter - suspecting her husband as the FATHER!
b. she had found the old cash box in the attice where her secret diaries from the War! were locked
c. her god mother had given her a particularly hard rock cake that she wished to try to eat.
