Diy Wills.

Anyone any idea where I can get one of these. I'm going to see my brother in Bolton next week. He won't pay money to see a solicitor. He knows who he wants to leave his money to. But I've told him that will not happen if he doesn't make a will. I'm his next of kin and I know it will come to me. But I don't want the hassle of it all. If I can get a DIY one he might do that.
Can anyone help please.

Keep it simple, Caran.

I spend an awful lot of time providing advice on homemade wills. They sought to save £100 when they were alive and after death they leave a mess which costs to sort it. If he knows what his wishes are I suggest you post in law and Buenchico might provide appropriate wording.

hereby revoke all former will and testamentary dispositions made by me and Declare this to be my last will
