Last Friday I was in a certain mall and was having a mini-fry when facing the cafe there was a Thrifty/Recycling shop - it had a beautiful sheep skin/chamois leather coat on a dummy. I tried it on and it is beautiful and very light as in weight with a hood. I got it for £15.
Today was in the same mall and came out with a beautiful dark green large shoulderbag - bedecked with beautiful jewels. It was £2.
I have loads of friends who love these Thrifties as we call them and I never could stand them that I would have stood outside waiting for them. Now I'll be back. Mind you there is nothing I need.
Could open a Thrifty myself.

We have a great one in the village. There is a lady...don't know her...who lives nearby and only buys from expensive designers. For some crazy reason she mostly buys two of everything and we get the unused items.
Last year I sold about six pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes and boots, brand new, for about 100 euro a pair......no, I didn't buy any of them! :-)
