Can anyone recommend a cheap or not too expensive nail gun to fix PVC Trellis to a wooden fence? Thank you in advance

It's even cheaper if you buy a refurbished model:

The nailer/stapler Bueno has linked is a good DIY make.
But............. I wouldn't use it as a nail gun. The nailheads are quite small. They'll pull through the uPVC under weight and strong wind.
Use staples. They're U-shaped. Preferably fire them so that one leg of the staple is in the uPVC, and the other leg directly into the post. Only a small point, but it should prove to be a stronger fix.
I would prefer to drill and screw with a cordless screw driver/drill. The added advantage is that the panels would be 'de-mountable'. Which is jargon-speak for ' you can unscrew them and move them somewhere else if you change your plans.'
Again, the screwheads could pull through. Use Stainless Steel Cup Washers.

Hammers are fine dusty, as long as you use these......
