Vinyl flooring and hot weather
1 Answers
I have a problem for the experts in DIY flooring. I live in a detached, coach-house "mews" first floor flat above garages. I tiled the main living space floor with vinyl wood effect self adhesive tiles, completing the job last Spring.
Since the recent heatwave I've found a lot of the tiles are rising up off the floor. In the worst cases some tiles no longer seem to fit, as if they've expanded - is this possible, and could it be the extreme temperatures causing all this ?
