Condenser box for dryer
0 Answers
Hey wonder if any of you could help me. I bought a condenser box for my tumble dryer but it has never really done a right lot...basically it is a white box with a lid you have to fill it with 4cms of water (if i remember rightly) and it has a lid with small vents and the tumble dryer air pipe fixes onto the top of the lid blowing the air into the water in the box it was 19.99 from Currys but they also do them in Betterware (just so you know the one i am talking about). Anyways the walls are still damp all the time when i use the tumble dryer does anyone know what im doing wrong-if i am doing anything wrong? Or what i can do to prevent the damp. Unfortunately as i have just moved house the house is tiny so the only place for the tumble dryer is the cellar...but the damp is so bad when i am using the tumble dryer that water is dripping off the walls and the cellar steps are wet is this damaging to the house in any way?anyone got any other ideas how to stop this other than moving the tumble dryer somewhere else and venting the hose outside? Cheers in advance
