brick spall
any tips on repairing spalling bricks--would be a major job to replace them--only 2 bricks--thanks all

2) Using masonry drill, make a series of holes by drilling through the mortar surrounding the offending bricks.
3) Pull bricks out and clean up mortar surrounding so new bricks will go in. Try and avoid too dust much disappearing inside the cavity.
4) Mix soft mortar and trowel onto base, positioning brick appropriately.
5) Poke mortar into both sides and top.
6) Point, stand back and admire finished job.
