Sorry, I have'nt the answer to your question but, I was only looking at honeywell timers/thermostats? the other day on ebay. We have been decorating and I was looking at our old honeywell thermostat thinking I would like to update it before putting up new wallpaper. We bought our council house about 3 years ago and we have had this old thing on the wall since first moving in! I don't even know what model number it is and what would be its equivelant? Your timer/thermostat sounds the same as what we have. I will keepan eye on your post xxx
what type of boiler is it .e. combi boiler, old style boiler with cylinders and tanks etc.
and in most cases you can swop the head of the programmer for a new one and leave the backplate and wires in place. i would take the head off, take it to your local plumbers merchants and ask them for a compatible one
