Turning off water supply - does it affect central heating

We've just turned the water off in an empty house (due to be tenanted shortly) to stop a small drip from the washing machine taps. I have now wondered whether the radiators have been set to come by the previous tenant at various times during the evening and whether the fact that the water is turned off will be a problem. THe combi boiler is very new and I would hate to go back tomorrow and find the boiler has conked out due to this! Feel fairly sure that the boiler was only on for heating water and not on radiators but if anyone knows whether it is ok without me having to go back so that I sleep tonight that would be helpful!
