Kitchen unit doors

My kitchen unit cupboard doors are looking the worse for wear and I intend to paint them. Any ideas????

I did it once and it turned out fantastic.
The make of paint was International and they do lots of colours. I cleaned the surfaces with white spirit first and it went on smashin brushed.

thankyou for your answer ,I have used international paint before and have found it to be decent tackle so that is the way I will go.

Hi leylander, there is another way to revamp them if you don't fancy painting them and that is to use FABLON PLUS. They do it in many finishes and if put on properly gives a really good look. It is very hard wearing.
