Material to wood studs for rocking chair

Does anyone know where I can purchase studs and tool to replace the ones on my daughter-in-law's nursing chair? Baby due in June and chair will be much needed in the middle of night for all those night feeds my son promises to help with! The studs are 15 ml and are needed to replace rusted ones that hold the material to the wood on the arms of the chair - thank you!
