Has anyone else had problems fitting a B & Q Zone shower enclosure?

Has anyone else out there had trouble getting this shower cubicle to fit properly please? We spent days - following the instructions meticulously - only to find that the door didn't fit except by putting more holes in the shower tray to move the door further out. When we finally got it nearly right we put the adjacent shelving unit on only to find that the door didn't clear it on opening! More adjustments had to be made and we've still not managed it!

Sent a recorded letter to B & Q over a week ago asking for help - no reply yet - so much for after sales service!

Can any body help please?
