removing tops from empty perfume bottles

How do I remove the tops from empty perfume bottles so I can fill them with coloured sand or beads and use for decorations?

drill a hole thru the top fitment & pull at the seal with pliers.

if it's got a metal collar around the neck, then try cutting gently throu that with a junior hacksaw. Cut both sides, the plastic fitment etc should all come out easily
