the best digital aerial to buy in uk

I want to put a digital aerial in my loft / attic space . can any 1 give me a tip on the best aerial products that can be bought and errected . A family member paid £90 for 1 to be errected on the roof. i havent got that sort of money tho throw away. Can any 1 recomend a good aerial that can b shop bought to errect in the loft..

there is no such thing as a digital aerial, all that is required is a decent (high gain broadband aerial) try B&Q.

Best brand is probably a Triax ... In a loft space ...
If Fringe area .. you will need something like a Unix 100 .. expensive tho, and big!
If good signal area, a Triax Unix 52 should be ok. Both wideband if necessary.
You will need a rafter/joist mounting and clamp.
If possible use a Head amp and power supply.
Check ebay prices (incl del) for comparison.
