Whats the easiest way to remove the numerous stickers from new windows? I've tried hot soapy water on some and it has worked after MUCH effort, but some have left the glue.Is it safe to use something like white spirit or pure alcohol on the windows?

I've used nail varnish remover in the past and it seemed to work ok.
WD40 Works every time.
Buy a bottle of ''Sticky Stuff Remover'' from a hardware store or corner discount shop. It does as it says, and no home should be without it these days
No WD-40 or "Sticky Stuff Remover"? Scrape the paper top off th elabel and spray the reaminder with hair apray. Read the contents section and assure it has alcohol though...
