long handled scraper

i am trying to get wallpaper off behind a radiator without taking the radiator off the wall a long handle craper would do the job does anyone know where i can get one.

although I would take the rad off.

What is the underlying surface; Plaster or plasterboard? What will you be doing to redecorate?
Removal of radiator is the best option.

simple, find a stick or cane and fix it to a short handled scraper, use masking tape or other strong tape and fix it well on.
