Hello please could someone tell me the steps you should take in the correct order to take out and put in a new kitchen i.e.
1. strip everything out
2. plaster the walls
3. put in cabinets

etc I am trying to plan doing it myself apart from the plastering.

That's the basic order but what are you doing about services? Are all appliances and sockets and lights staying in the same place? If not then you will need a qualified electrician to come in at some point (and possibly a plumber).
Insert between 1 and 2: -
Install any new first fix wiring or water supply pipes required for changes in positions of appliances / sinks etc.
It might also be a good idea to paint before you put the cabinets in. Makes it much easier....especially the ceiling.
check the d.p.c is ok and stick a couple of air vents in before you fix the base units.
