seals for Radiators
6 Answers
I'm putting my radiators back, I have an olive fitting with a swivel nut on the rad that fits onto a fitting with an internal cone, I take it i do need a rubber washer between the two and not ptfe tape on the thread as that won't do anything

The fitting is a swivel nut, putting PTFE tape on it will just alow water out of the back of the nut as the mating surfaces have so deal so the water will leak into the nut and out the back.
