I have a really cold wall in my bedroom, which is an outside wall and i was thinking of putting Polystyrene wall paper insulation on the wall but don't know what adhesive to use, i was told that wall paper paste(ordinary or ex strong) won't be suitable so has any one got any suggestions of what to use.......Thanks

I'm sure if you roll the paper back on itself when cut to length to stop it coiling up then a normal paste will be fine. It certainly was for poly backing and ceiling tiles back in the day. :)

Use one of the heavy vinyl/border adhesives but be prepared to do a bit of sticking back now and then copydex works well for this
Hi peanut, you need to use the ready mixed adhesive on this stuff. That should stick it no problem.
