Lawn Fertiliser

I have used Supergreen Weed, Feed and Moss Killer for many years, but it appears to be unobtainable. Does anyone know if it has been discontinued? If so, can anyone recommend a goood lawn weed, feed and moss killer. It must be water soluable.
