Yes you should be able to get one at most garden centres, it will be with the herbs. Like all mints, it will die back in the winter and should come back up late spring. Alternatively, you can grow it indoors so that you can have a ready supply of mint over the winter months.
I grow lemon and chocolate mint in pots in my garden, they die back in winter, but never fail to grown back every year, and they make lovely mint tea!....they are very hardy considering the winters we've had the last two years!......
