Border fork

Can anyone advise where I might purchase a border fork. I am looking for the type which has a wooden shaft and handle, the latter T-shaped. I want flat tines, about half or threequarter inch wide each. I would also like the fork to have a 'strap' connection between head and shaft. Sounds like I want a lot, but I am just looking for something akin to what I am currently using. Can't remember where I got it, unfortunately! Thanks.
