Can anyone recommend one for about £200-00? I've had a big birthday this week & I've been given loads of gardening vouchers. It's got be able to cope with an allotment that's over 400sq mts.

400 metres is loads. I only have 250 sq. mts and have a small Honda 4 stroke tiller.
It is good enough for my area.
But with your plot I would be thinking of going a little larger, maybe about 5hp with at least a forward gear.
There are loads available on ebay preloved and gumtree.
Turned my plots over last week... it took 8 hours.
