If a hedge looks all spindly with not many leaves on it..........does that mean it will never grow again? The hedge is about 8ft with green at the top but mainly brown twigs at the bottom. It used to be all green where you couldn't see through it ( it was over grown though) but since our neighbour cut it it has gone so you can see out of the other side and people can see in.
Basically really bare looking.

So just want to know if it will grow back, if so how long it will take?

Thanks
