Echium Pininata & Echium Candycan - Flowering Month?
3 Answers
Good Morning All,
Hope you are having a nice Saturday.
A strange question really: I bought some Echium Candycan and Echium Pininata (blue church steeple) seedlings from Ebay in January 2013 and was advised that they took 2 years to mature & flower, I thought after a full year in 2013 that they may have flowered this year?
I have no idea of the month in which they might flower be it August or September - does anybody know? or does it seem likely that they will flower next year? (they are completely taking over my garden, but I really like the shape of the leaves so will leave them in either way :o)
Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks in advance, Peas x

It seems you'll have to wait two, possibly three years for flowers but it's a long season, late spring and through the summer.
