Persimmon Fruit
9 Answers
I have just eaten my first persimmon. I have seen then in the shops many times but never bought them before. I am not sure if it ripe enough as it was OK-ish but not as tasty and sweet as I was led to believe it would be.
Does anybody else like them ?

Wolfie...I will buy another one and let it get really ripe on the kitchen window sill. The one I had today was quite nice but just a tad disappointing. But I do have some fresh lycees to look forward later !
