Garden Pond Conundrum
9 Answers
The previous owner built a small round pond in the garden, it wasn't finished and I'm hoping to do so, but I do have a problem. The pond is perfectly round with a circumference of 411cm, and I have a sufficient number of 5cm square slate tiles to go on top of the small retaining wall. Is there a formula or method to work out the angle the sides of the tiles need to be cut to give me a circle that will fit the pond?

411/5Cm=82 360 deg /82=4.4deg I think.
