Can anyone tell men how to stop dogs doing their business in my little garden, it doesn't use it's own patch and the owner stands and watches and says :well I clean it up: but once its on the grass some germs must be left. thanks ..

Can't you put a fence up?
Water pistol ..... A big one !!
a stern word with owner..or transplant it to their garden...do you have an open plan/shared garden ?
You have mentioned to the owner that whilst you accept they remove it, that it is still your garden and you request he train his dog to go elsewhere ? That is upsets you that it was allowed to go on your property and you feel it will still be unhygienic ? I'm unsure that the authorities would see it as important enough to get involved. The dog owner either has to be persuaded or as others suggest, you need a fence/gate.
The best way to keep dogs out of your garden is, as has been suggested, a fence, and a good, secure one with no gaps of any size.
