There is very little that you should be planting outside now and sweet peas are not one of them. We are about to get a severe change in the weather and it will kill them.
Sweet peas are usually grown new from seed, each year. Dont waste your time trying to save a plant that is already leggy and stressed. Get some new seed and new compost and sit tight until the spring. Tip the whole tray into your compost and reuse the tray.
