Does anyone have any experience on using Stone, patio & decking cleaner advertised by "easylife"?

I don't know that one, Birdie, but there are several on the market. I wouldn't expect any problems using it, they're all very effective.

thank you for your help, my husband used to use our jet washer to clean the flags but I find that too hard to do and the advert I saw talked about just rinsing the product off.
