Rotting Plums

I have a punnet if furry plums - what shall I do to have beautiful, abundant plum trees?

buy a decent tree...you can grow the plumstones for fun but the chances of getting a decent variety out of them are slim and none

I have one small plum tree and it is loaded with ripe plums which don't usually ripen until mid October. Get yourself one Ric, even kept in a pot it should be OK if you look after it properly. Have a word with someone at your local nursery:-)

I have a plum tree that has been potted and repotted a number of times which is thriving but I had these plums and I thought I could let the little ones pot them up

and you can....growing trees from seeds and fruit stones is huge fun....just don't expect a bounteous harvest of quality fruit
