Pruning Roses

I have a couple of Golden Wedding roses, which are looking very healthy with lots of new growth. I usually know what I'm doing with roses, but have always had HTs before, and these are floribunda. Do the same rules apply - i.e. should I be pruning them by a further third now? It always hurts me to cut off good growth, but I know it's the right thing to do with HTs.

Thank you, woofgang, that link is perfect; just what I needed to know. I'll prune the Golden Wedding less severely (maybe as I would the marriage for which they were given!).

Looks as if I'm late starting pruning, but I'm still concerned about late frosts. Maybe in a week when I've more opportunity.

OG I live in the south and have no plans to start pruning mine any time soon
