Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

Just received an email from Tesco.

We wanted to remind you that your Clubcard vouchers are due to expire on 30 November.
Forgotten where you've put them? Don't worry, you can find your vouchers in the Clubcard app, too.
There was then something to click onto that would show me the vouchers and I could print them, but I couldn't!
Is it because I don't have an app? I don't have a smart phone or a laptop or any of the other devices where you can get apps. All I have is a PC that doesn't have apps, so is this why it won't open for me?

Are you able to contact customer services and see if they can send them to you again?

Log in to your clubcard account, have your card ready as they ask you for certain numbers.

I have 500 points for 4 years delivery pass, will use them this week.

Thanks Mamya that works. I did try phoning them but was 8th in the queue and the music they play while you wait is terrible. x

Is this a personal thing or general ? I see no headlines at Tesco screaming that they're shutting the scheme.

Oh right. Cheers. I don't have a card but my woman does. Didn't want her losing out it it was being withdrawn. Didn't realise there were time critical aspects to the Tesco card.
