none sticky knife
this isnt a wind up... we have a knife that "clover" butter/margerine wont stick to. you can take a scoop of the butter on the blade and it will fall off. it leaves very little residue on the blade and wont stick to the blade even when used for spreading.
if i were to use one of the other knives, it reacts as you would expect. picks the butter up (without sliding off) and spreads no problem.
all the washing up is done in a dishwasher, so this knife isnt getting any special treatment.
any ideas ? thanks in advance.
