When do the bulbs start to shoot? I left some in pots last year and nothing is happening. I have dug some of the bulbs out. Should I replant them now?

In areas like the UK, that experiance winter frosts, these tender bulbs are usually prepaired in a green house in the Autumn, ready for planting outside in the following summer. The optimum tempreture to get them started is approx 13-18c (55-64 f)

Those you have dug out may be worth trying outside but I'd give the others a while longer. They'r not the easiest things to grow. I wish you success and Good Luck.
