We recently were in amish country and stopped at a bulk food store. I bought a small bag of dried, finely chopped parsley. It is called ( insred parsley ) I tasted it and it was very potent and flavorable. I cannot find out what (insred)
is or means. Can any one help ?
Thanks puddintane

maybe it was an abbreviation of Italian Shredded Parsley....? it's a flat leaf variety which is stronger than the curly type.
