Dracaena

Yellowing leaves are still falling off my dracaena, it is a very tall plant and has always been very healthy. I have cut back drastically on watering, but should I water at all over the winter period, or just a little? Top leaves are growing but bottom ones getting a bit spindly. Thanks all !
