There are not many that are brown but you could take a look at some Chrysanthemum, Dahlia, Gazania and Rose which may be as near to brown as you will get.
You will get more in the way of brown foliage or seed pots which are brown that florists are using a lot of.
Just call a local florist and they will be able to let you know what is available wholesale. Alternatively you can go to New Covent Garden Flower Market and take a look around. You have to pay a few quid to get in but the flowers are all at wholesale prices and you will have everything available under one roof.
