If you have a good filter that will do it also a Ultraviolet (UV) light will keep it Crystal clear
A bag of barley straw is a good organic way to try (you can get them in lots of gardening outlets) but it takes a good while to take effect. I find my pond water changes throughout the season, depending on the ecosystem - I have a natural still pond, but it never goes stagnant, and at the moment all the tadpoles and snails are keeping it clear of weeds and algae!
