Any tips on how to make them grow faster and bigger please?

Are you trying to be a jack and the bean stork ?

I would buy some decent soil for seeds i think its john inings soil for seeds number 5 i think.
Or empty a decent grow bag and dig it in
I wouldn't feed it to much as you dont want it to shoot up to quick.

A few more tips you may find useful-

Choose a hot sunny spot preferably not too windy.

If your soil is heavy clay add plenty of general compost and some grit to ail drainage.

Give a liquid feed once they have reached a couple of feet.

Support with a stout stake and tie it further as it grows.

The tallest ones I've seen useually have a wall behind them, which helps draw them up.

against a south facing brick wall that is sheltered from the wind. but you must buy the seeds that say giant sunflowers.
