Garden Flood Damage: Rasberries

Our neighborhood flooded this year towards the beginning of May, and most of my garden was submerged (My rhubarb, a huge old plant, grew a seed head, and that was the only part of it that was visible). Most of my plants grew just fine after the water subsided, and many of them are doing even better than ever. My rasberry patch, however, is not doing well. Is this because of the flood water? And if so, what can I do to help the rest of my rasberries survive?
